is intended to provide the reader with the help to regain his/her confident posture. It is similar in format to my first published book called: Solid to the Core; (March, 2006). It offers a customized, progressive program of exercises according to one's own injuries around the neck, mid-back (thoracic spine), and shoulder.

Solid to the Neck is organized so that the reader can find his/her own particular injury according to the names of the following conditions:

1 . Cervical Disc Disease (CDD)/ Facet joint disease
2 . Tension headache/migraine
3 . Thoracic spine injury/postural dysfunction
4 . Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS)
5 . Shoulder dislocation/subluxation
6 . Shoulder impingement syndrome (rotator cuff tendinitis and/or shoulder bursitis)
7 . Frozen shoulder

Understanding the injury and recognizing how the body responds to it, will allow the person to be more effective in overcoming secondary complications. Therefore, by being in tune with his/her own body, the person can learn what to do to prevent further damage and how to treat it.

Ultimately, the book will lead the person to feel strong, more flexible and balanced around those most problematic areas that most people suffer from due to modern technologies like cell phones, a laptop and/or a computer that result in Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI). Tips on how to prevent further complications will be explained.
